you guys ever get the feeling that your workout was not as intense as it should be?.,,,its very rare for me...but it happened today..on chest day....i kept trying to get myself pumped up like usual except i just couldnt get up the weight like usual,,,,is there any good explanation for this?

Maybe lack of motivation is due to the monotonious way of life. Take a week or two off.

the best thing i can tell you to do bud is to just keep goin. everyone has their on and off days. get a training buddy that can help get you motivated, that normally helps a lot.

Could be over training to. I remember working out a muscle group to close to each other and the one after the really intense first one felt horrible.

I think it's good to take a little time off like a week or 2 then hit the weights hard.

No one goes 100% all of the time.

thank you all!....i think it was because i worked shoulders the day before...i ate enough...maybe i was tried from school...and i think i could have taken in a bit more water that day now that i look at it
