I think straight bar might be better because the EZ bar is close to a hammer curl but I use the EZ bar anyway.
The straight bar hurts my wrists so I don't use it.
yes the straight bar hurts my wrists too so i usually use a EZ bar, use whatever feels most comfortable bro. there aint much difference in the 2 exercises anyway
remember that no matter how big your arms get, your wrists will stay the same size. try wearing wrist wraps or supports and the tension in your wrists will be alleviated. barbell curls and ez curls do them both! always use proper form (no swinging or using the back)
