im natural bbder
is split#2 good to get bigger arms?

You have to go by trial and error, everyone's different. I would suggest splitting up your BI/TRI to Chest/Tri, Back/Bi. Allow 2-3 days between...

My splits as shown:

Mon: Chest/Tri
Tues: Legs
Wed: Off
Thurs: Shoulders/Forearms
Fri: Back/Bi
Sat and Sun: Off

This has worked best for me, i used to do Bi Tri on the same day but quickly realized i was over training.
