Hey guys, i had a crazy leg workout today with my training partner. We were doing supersets and everything it was just mental. Getting near the end i was exhausted i started feeling like i was going to throw up. The feeling didnt go away for like nearly 2 hours after my workout and i could only just stomach my PWO Shake. Didnt get my PWO meal for ages.

Do you know any ways of avoiding this in future?

If your looking to gain mass I would say maybe not do supersets, concentrate on lifting a bit heavier on the exercise your on then running back and forth. When you superset you generally are not as strong as when you don't because you are more tired from running back and forth and fatiguing the muscles back to back, thus not allowing enough time to make a little recovery. Now if you looking to lean it down a bit, supersets are a good choice, but you can also just do single sets and up the reps, thus burning the calories and tightening up the muscles but not prohibiting you from a good workout. I would say do 3 weeks single sets, and then one week supersets. This should also help you out with the nausea.

How was your preworkout meal? Were you dehydrated?

You can feel physically sick if you are running on empty or your dehydrated.
