Ok so i did some DC training for a while but didn't quite gain the results i was hoping for. This might be partly because of school starting up and i couldn't eat right. As of right now i've lost some of my gains. I'm gonna switch routines for a little while just to get some of my strength back.
I'm gonna lay off the DC for a month or two and then come back. My new split is as follows Monday: Chest, Triceps, Legs
Bench 3 sets
DB Incline 3 sets
Skullcrushers 3 sets
Squats 3 sets
Leg Press 3 sets Tuesday: Back, Shoulders, Traps, Biceps
Pullups 3 sets till failure
Pulldowns 3 sets
Rows 3 sets
Curls 3 sets barbell
Upright rows 3 sets
DB shoulder press Wednesday: off/cardio Thursday: Same as Monday, a couple of exercises will be substituted. Friday: Same as Tuesday, a couple of exercises will be substituted.
