Ok so i did some DC training for a while but didn't quite gain the results i was hoping for. This might be partly because of school starting up and i couldn't eat right. As of right now i've lost some of my gains. I'm gonna switch routines for a little while just to get some of my strength back.

I'm gonna lay off the DC for a month or two and then come back. My new split is as follows

Monday: Chest, Triceps, Legs

Bench 3 sets
DB Incline 3 sets
Skullcrushers 3 sets
Squats 3 sets
Leg Press 3 sets

Tuesday: Back, Shoulders, Traps, Biceps

Pullups 3 sets till failure
Pulldowns 3 sets
Rows 3 sets
Curls 3 sets barbell
Upright rows 3 sets
DB shoulder press

Wednesday: off/cardio

Thursday: Same as Monday, a couple of exercises will be substituted.

Friday: Same as Tuesday, a couple of exercises will be substituted.

i think that you are grouping too many bodyparts together on the same days which means for example legs will not get the punishment they deserve becasue they are at the end of the workout when you are fatigued. also for legs that is not enough exercises (you need a hamstring exercise such as STLD and a calf exercise). Also for shoulders there isn't enough exercises, the exercises you have chose only really hit the front delt, you need something for the side and rear delts. try only training each bodypart once a week, except for maybe bis and tris which if you want to can be trained twice. This may you can add more exercises in for a specified bodypart without having a huge workout. hope this helps bro!

break it down like this....day 1- chest, tri's day 2-back, shoulders day 3-legs, bi's or some variation of this if you're looking for a 3day split. also you aren't getting enough excercises for your specific body parts....try 4 diff. excercises per bodypart
