Since ive read that biceps are insanely fast recovery muscles, would it be ok if i trained them 3 times a week?

tuesday, thursday and saturday

Nothin too huge each workout about 9-12 sets

In my opinion, no. If your a natural lifter it will take more than just a few days rest in between to get them fully rested. While you may not feel sore they may not be recovered yet.

I would say keep it at two. If you grow better at three, then stay at three.

ive been doing my biceps twice a week for the past few months or so..been working great for me. I think 3 is a little bit to much to train biceps in a week

work your biceps in conjunction with a big muscle group such as back or legs. your body produces more testosterone naturally and more growth hormone naturally when working big muscle groups, so when training a smaller, weaker area you get the benefits of having more natural testosterone and growth hormone running through your body which in turn helps build bigger muscles. just thought i'd throw in my 2 cents bud, hope this helps.

listen to rIPPD work em out with ur back or legs cuz u will produce more test.. my split looks like this..
chest/tri/bi (only 4 total sets for bi's)
legs
off
back/bi (4-6 total set for bi's)
delts/traps/tri (only do 3 set for tri's)

another tip that might help you is blast ur tricep muscles.. they will give ur arms a good look..good luck
