hey guys i just want to see if my upcoming bulks and cuts sound good....well to start off i just got off a cut since june and im looking very good with about 10 % bf...im looking to start bulking now and into wrestling season, all the way till the end of december, from there i want to see what my body fat will be, most likely low from wrestling practice...from january to start of april im going to cut...then maintain for the month of april...and then resume cutting for summer...should i change anything?

It will be harder to bulk during wrestling season. 13-15% is the highest I would go in terms of bodyfat %.

You won't get from 10-15% going from 147-165 What do you plan on wrestling at? I would bulk up over what you want to wrestle at so when you cut you will be lean and make weight.

The big thing is to keep track of your weight/BODYFAT. If you can find and get access to a bodpod that is your best bet.

BODPOD

If you can't get that, call a hospital, physical therapist, sports doc, your coach etc.. and ask where you can get tested using hydrodensitometry (underwater weighing). If you can't find either one then just do the 7 site test, take 5 measurements for each site (should have 35) and just take the average. If you keep good records you will see what you are gaining (ratio of muscle to fat) and you will be fine and know exactly where you are for wrestling season.
