The big thing is to keep track of your weight/BODYFAT. If you can find and get access to a bodpod that is your best bet.

If you can't get that, call a hospital, physical therapist, sports doc, your coach etc.. and ask where you can get tested using hydrodensitometry (underwater weighing). If you can't find either one then just do the 7 site test, take 5 measurements for each site (should have 35) and just take the average. If you keep good records you will see what you are gaining (ratio of muscle to fat) and you will be fine and know exactly where you are for wrestling season.
