my biceps at pretty much the same size in measurements..BUT one is more rounded than the other and the one that is more rounded is alittle bit thicker also...How can i help get the other bicep up to par..??

Unless your training each bicep differently then its just genetics.

well actually i just looked it up and it may be genetics but it could just be the way i perform my movements. Just need to do more isolation movements i suppose. and concentrate on the contractions
