heres something i used to really get my calves to grow

its all about the negative...on your last set of standing calf raises...hold the negative for 15-20 seconds..and then the positive part of the movement for 15-20 more....that will burn the living hell out of your calves

also if you have access to a leg press machine, try blowtorch calve presses...3 sets of 100 reps...with some solid ass weight on there...approx half of your max leg press...that will have you screaming for mercy by the end of the 3rd set

then finish it off with the bodyweight raises..and your legs will be shaking like the chicks in rap videos lol

Also at the end of the whole workout, get on a standing calf machine and use half of your usual weight and go all the way down to the bottom of the rep and hold it for 30 seconds. You will not be able to do it if you're doing the stretch correctly. At most you will last 20 seconds. Any more and you're using too light of weight or you're just a freak of nature.

raise your heels more when you walk and wear heavy boots more too coz this helps to stimulate the calf muscle more (this is what i do and my calves are 18'').. lift heavy mother fucker weights and make sure your form is really good (i cant do that because im too tall to fit on most machines)
