i hear many people say cardio is a very important aspect of every serious bodybuilders routine which it is i dont deny that, and should be done on a bulk.
but i wanted to talk about which mode of cardiovascular training (swimming, rowing, running, martial arts and boxing, ect) is best overall in terms of fat loss, circulating blood through the body, toning, general fitness and everything else.
im hoping to open up new idea's and have a fruitful exchange of opinions as well as facts about cardio training in this thread for everyone especially since summer is comming up soon so please keep it legit |
