i hear many people say cardio is a very important aspect of every serious bodybuilders routine which it is i dont deny that, and should be done on a bulk.
but i wanted to talk about which mode of cardiovascular training (swimming, rowing, running, martial arts and boxing, ect) is best overall in terms of fat loss, circulating blood through the body, toning, general fitness and everything else.
im hoping to open up new idea's and have a fruitful exchange of opinions as well as facts about cardio training in this thread for everyone especially since summer is comming up soon so please keep it legit

well i have always been a runner so i am probably going to be biast towards that as well.. nd i took LBJ's advice for my breathing problems and i can attest that my breathing has never been better because i am running more frequently.

Running is the best fat burner IMO because while people say walking does the exact same thing, to me running seems more effective. I'm an american football player, so I need to stay in good condition and running helps me stay quick and agile in my feet and on the field.

i seem to change between running and a fast walk uphill...from the dvd's that ive seen of jay cutler ive never seen him run on a tredmill, might be something to do with the weight he's carrying but he does seem to go abit quicker on a crosstrainer. i also use bike and go swimming for my cardio

I dunno? Didn't Ronnie do almost 9 in one vid? But I'm a fullback with strong legs. If I had no legs I'd prob only weigh like 130lbs. I'm all legs and arms.
