My main objective is leaning out right now, I know I may sacrifice some muscle in the process , but I have to do it. What is the most cardio I should do. I lft 4 days a week and end every workout with a half hour of cardio. I was even thinking about going back to the gym at night for another hour of cardio, I want to lean out as quickly as possible. What do you guys think??

i think u should keep ur 4 day split, and after everytime u train, go on the bike for about 30 minutes, then the 3 other days, go to the gym and do cardio, atleast 30-40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike, ive benn doing this for about 3 months and ive dropped 31 pounds...but the most important thing is ur diet, keep it clean
