Ironically today, I hit a personal best on deadlifts 2plates of 45lbs on each side, plus 25lbs on each side... that's 115 on each side plus the bar.
I'm really lagging on squat I'm embarassed to tell you guys lol :P

i remember once talking to Freak350 about doing those 100 rep things and he said something that he dont think i could do it with the weight i specified, but i tried it anyway and did alright.
anyway i did back really hard to pre-fuck my biceps, but then i forgot that i was only ment to do the 100 reps thing with the weight i wanted, but i had already done 3-4 sets of dumbbell curls at 8-10 reps
so i was like shit i screwed up. then i was thinking okay then i will just do whatever i can with the weight i wanted and get as close to 100 as possible, and i did.
not only that, i felt like i could do way more. but i just stopped after the 100 and called it a day.
that was awesome.

well for a long time I couldn't get my 225 bench reps of 15, so the other day when I had finished a generic bench workout of 185x10, 225x8, 275x6, 300x4, and 320x2... I didn't even think I'd get close to my rep max because I was feeling done. but I got under it and beat my old max by 2 reps... I'm even more of a believer now that lifting is completely a mental exersize

Not in a gym, but probably the most impressive thing I've done is a 50ft farmers walk with 285 per hand. It wasn't fast or pretty but it's probably the most rewarding thing I've done with weights. Means a lot to me, but to the guys I train with it's nothing.

I turned a few heads when I popped up a 135 one arm barbell snatch, but it may have just been that they'd never seen that lift before.

Same. I hit 135 for a max of 14 reps and I hit my highest weight at 123.
70 pound dumbbell bench press for 3 reps.

It wasn't a max out, but I power cleaned 135 for 6 reps and I could've done 2 or 3 more reps. Not much but the last time I power cleaned, my max was 140.
I might be able to power clean 145 or 150 now though.

On half squat, I maxed 275 for I think 3 reps.
I don't do half squats anymore, though.

I think my best lift was probably 100 pound dumbbell rows for I think it was 8 reps. I don't know if that is a lot but it is to me.

The only ones that I'm not to embarrassed about are in my sig, the other lifts are sad compared.
