i had deadlift 215 lbs...6 reps.....my leg press .450.. 4 reps...curl 80 lbs bar for 2 reps

i weigh 137 lbs

max bench = 195....so ****ing close to getting 200.....

20 overhand wide grip pullups

70 pushups max

squat...im not gonna say because it's terrible...partly due to knee join problems...but im workin on it slowly

deadlift 245 max

Lets see. I've just got the chance to get back in the gym and with my tooth problem my nutrition isn't as good as its been, so i'm basically just going back hard and throwing my body through the massive shock of training again.

Max on hammer strength iso press: 272
Legpress 322X10 (Pretty easy but didn't try for more that day)
Calf raises on the legpress: 640X15
Leg extensions: 260X10

Yes the leg extension machine is still my bitch.

your first two hundred bench press is a good mark because it shows your this dedicated and it is a good poundage for anyone. i was overthrilled when i hit 200
