Simple things you can do while on the go to get your meals in for the day.

First you need to go to wall mart or target and get a vinyl bag, rubber maid tubs, zip lock bags, blue refreezable ice packs, snack bags too. Most everything is cheap so stock up this common or ( staple ) stuff to have. I dont know any bodybuilder that does have this stuff or any family household that doesnt have it..

Oh I almost forgot, if you get gas from eating raw veges, do yourself and other's a favor pick up a bottle of BEANO.. 3 pills does the trick for me..

If you shop at SAM's club pick up some canned chicken breast, canned solid white alabacore tuna ( in water ) not in oil,, or the other tuna will work also. At mine they come in packs of 8 for the tuna and the chicken they come in packs of 6 ( i think)

Each of those cans is a simple meal on the go. Open a can of either. Drain well., break it up in a bowl. Add pepper, cajun spice and some omega 3 mayo ( its the better kind) Freak got me on this( thank you freak)!!

Same goes of the chicken mixture. One can of tuna prepared can fit in the rubber maid 1 cup containers. Then chicken will fit in 2 of them.

Low fat cottage cheese is good on the go also. Fit that in the 1 cup containers from wal mart or target.

Now from the deli at your grocery store. You need the dry lean turkey breast sliced or chipped( doesnt matter ) , 4 to 6 ounces on lite whole wheat bread, with a slice of fat free america cheese. In a zip lock bag, BOOM done.

Buy a bunch of broccolli and cauliflower cut the flowerettes up in 1.5 ounce portions or 1/2 cup measure. BOOM there's your veges for the day, put them in snack bags from wal mart or target,,,DONE

With this items in your bag, and you being away from the fridge a couple of hours, pack this up ahead of time, put them in the bag., bring a plastic spoon with you. And a jug of water, I carry with my a 32 ouncer all the time. I run out I refill it anywhere i go. Water is free.

This information will keep you honest and on track ( hopefully) if you want to keep up with your meals. Pack several of everything and eat twice as much, I DO.

If I think any more simple I ideas I will put them in this thread. And if anyone else has simple ideas to share I encourage YOU to please add them to this thread.. There are alot of us out there doing simple stuff.

Chris
