Let me start out by saying I love and appreciate this forum sooo much, its also great to see so many muscle tech supporters together on one site...

haha anyways, heres my dilemma.
I have always just lifted heavy, taken my weight gainer and so far have experienced some great gains from the advice i get from here, but I started to think maybe its time I took a different direction with my physique, maybe its time i get that shredded look instead of having the "big but not cut look" the thing is though, Im proud of the gains I've made in the gym and I don't want to get weaker and lose them, but I think its time to incorporate some cardio, maybe change the diet up, i dont know, so if you guys can give me some sort of roadmap for cutting down some weight and keeping a lot of the gains i made in the gym thatd be great, heres my current split
Mon - Chest/Tris
Tues - Back/Bis
Wed - Legs
Thur - Chest/Tris
Frid - Back/Bis
Sat/Sun - Rest
My nutrition overall is, good breakfast everymorning, egg whites and oatmeal, MRPs between meals, and
casein before bed
