I was wondering if you do incline first or flat bench first....or does it matter???

flat bench is the main mass building exercise, but you could alternate week by week to keep your muscles guessing

it depends on wether u need most mass in upper or middle chest.. right now for me i keep the flat bench first cause i need more mass over all, later i will change it to prioritize the upper chest which will lack in mass compared to the rest when i get older so yes it does matter a little...

No offense intended, skeptic, but unless you're very new to training I really doubt your bench is going to go up 43% in 16 weeks.

dont let anyone tell you anything different skeptic...this is you and your training, u want to hit the 110lb'ers by Christmas, set your mind to it and train your heart out for it. If you don't reach it, set a new goal... Got to keep yourself motivated and goal setting works for me.
