are you eating heaps of calories a day? you wont grow without the nutrients bro no matter how hard your workouts are on any bodypart.
as for tricep workouts...
3-4 sets of dips for 10-12 reps
4 sets of close grip bench press for 4-6 reps
2 sets of skull crushers 8-10 reps

remember to give your all on every set. there is no room for wimps in bodybuilding.

have fun mwuhahahahahahahaha

but for tri's...

try this on for size

skullcrushers 4 sets 6-10 reps (go lower the heavier you go obviously)

overhead extentions w/ dumbell- 3 sets of 8-10

close grip bench- 4 sets of 10

rope pushdowns/or dips(your preference)- 1 set to failure

that made my tri's grow like weeds
