i have recently seen a fisyo because of a leg injary, the fisy ses my problem is my biomecanics... my glouts being to tight and under developed compaired 2 the rest of my body because i have ownaly been doing sports persific work outs, she has given me stretches to help but i would like other persons apinyons on the situation and enthing u would sujest 2 do ????

listen to the doc, the most important thing about training is stretching (after ur diet offcourse), and if she said ur glouts r tight then u gotta stretch be4 and after the workout

oooooo ... the next day after i have done lunges... i can barely sit down cus my glutes are so sore
