I think I did shoulder press then squats then super sets with dips and pull ups. I started feeling really hot and ran to the toilet. I think it was mostly water I puked up.
I splashed some water on my face and took a rest for 5 minutes or so then did some abb work and calf raises then finished.
It wasn't so much because it was ''hardcore'' I just wasn't used to doing a superset straight after squats.
I have done that before when doing squats. Its actualy more common then people think. You are releasing so many hormones and not to mention your stomache is contracting.
Arnold used to say that it happened to him as well.
i like those days when you cant even walk i only had a mild nose bleed once, never thrown up.. but ive been unable to move some bodyparts lol nothing sus either

I agree after you rack the weight from your back and you sit down and cant get up and are in serious pain its the best feeling in the whole world knowing what you just put your body through
