one of my buddies that goes to the same gym as me told me not to do any type of cardio after a workout because ill lose testostorone and make my gains from the workout smaller... is this true?

What he's likely referring to is cortisol, which is a hormon in your body that is catabolic, that is it breaks things down. Cardio generally increases cortisol. It's not a bad hormone in the sense that your body needs it, but the idea is that right after you lift you are already in a catabolic state and need to rest and supply your body with nutrients so you can recover. I split it up, I run in the AM and lift in the PM.
If you want to do cardio for fat loss, I'd recommend splitting it up and putting some time in between the lifting and the cardio. If it's for general fitness and you want to run after a workout, I'd take some protein and some carbs after lifting to give your muscles a break and fuel your cardio.

Let me add that if you must do cardio after your workout drink a protein and carb shake before or during that way you are supplying your self with nutrients and still consume a post workout meal.

You can get tasteless carb powders for like 10 dollars. Throw that in with your protein shake.

i do intense cardio 3 times a week and i lift 4 times a week, but after every lifting session i do about 30 minutes of cardio on the bike, is that ok? will the 30 minutes on the bike reduce my gains from the workout

well cardio whilst bulking or cutting is a must...it's just about how often , strenous & long you do cardio for as regards to your goals...
but you're making great steady progress bro...if you want my advice, keep doing what you're doing, it's WORKING
