ok guys...so ive been on the same routine for a while now...which is a 5 day routine...goes as follows

monday-chest
tuesday-biceps/calves/forearms
wed-off
thursday-shoulders/tris
friday-legs
saturday-off
sunday-back

i would really like to get on a 4 day routine...my body is telling me i need more rest..or at least it feels like it

right about now im up for anything as far as a routine goes...but heres a few things you should know before you make the routine

- my arms respond better if i train them on diff days...like my routine above

- day off prefered would be a wednesday...the others you can decide.

anything will be helpfull..so please give me some help fellas!

I don't see how anyone can effectively do triceps and chest on separate days. It makes no sense to me. The same thing with dividing biceps from back. How do you achieve this?
