Alright I thought about this in the gym.. I'm gonna see if it does me good. But I wont keep it up for a while. I'll do it once in a while.
For every 2 weeks I workout 1 muscle group.
This is what I will be doing.
Biceps, Triceps, Forearms -- 2 weeks
Shoulders -- 2 weeks
Back -- 2 weeks
Chest -- 2 weeks
Legs -- 2 weeks
And I will be doing abs basically everytime I'm in the gym. So thats what I gonna start on Monday =D
