So I'm actually trying to gain weight for wrestling. I've heard of HIT and how it's a very good program to put on size and strength. I need to get from 215 to 240 and stay lean and fast but also be strong. Any advice about HIT or gaining wieght would be awesome.

What kind of wrestling you're talking about?

Pro wrestling that we see in TV , like WWE, TNA?

If thats what you talking about, why the heck would you need to gain a single pound when you're already at 215?

Look at HBK, for exemple. One of the best of all time and hes not even huge.
