how can i get that V shave to the sides of my lower stomach??

not just that my B/F was as low as 5% and it was there but not to prominant got to really work them lower abs and the obliques

wide lats, big shoulders, and low bf will help give you the V taper

of course the wider your lats are the more of a vshape you will have.Also looks good to widen your shoulders it all plays a part.

Try side crunches, side hanging leg raises and twists with a medicine ball in your hands and twist left to right and back.. Also alot of CORE work will trim down your waistline quite well..

cosign chris....but also make sure you're working your back hard doing a lot of chin ups. remember that its always better to move your body through space than move weight towards your body. it keeps constant tension on the muscle.

All the side crunches will benefit too.You have to work your ass off for your abs
Hopefully mine will be a little better in Oct for the next show

core exercises, lats do play a role, but trimming down your midsection will give you that V, and decrease your waistline...chis' exercises were great...also look up that 300 workout, that'll trim you down real quick using speed work...of course while maintaining a great diet
