so all you do is drink protein shakes?

you need a proper diet.. dont even start to think you need protein powder until you got a good solid diet down.

you should stop doing the full body workouts.. look in the trainin logs and get some ideas.

Yep... If your not gaining it's most likely your diet. Sounds like you have a fast metabolisme, that could mean you are a hardgainer.

Solution = Eat till you drop!!!

20% fat, 30% protein and 50% carbs. My guess is you have found your maintenance level, that means you should start eating +500kcal above maintenance.

Yeah i was just looking at other threads now ..
And i kinda now feel stupid that i posted this one ..

But yeah i eat alot man , Big breakfests , Lunchs , Dinners.
And all of it is healthy food like:
Eggs , Chicken , Potatos , and ect ..

Also i have one more Q:

- So i see in other threads people work out 1 body part a day ..
( That is smart i never thought of that , is it better to work out 1 body part or just work out all of them .. ? )

And if i do start working out 1 body part a day .. i cant relly cuz i dont know many different work outs , i ushally do like 1 work out for each body part thats all i know , i dont go to the gym i have a small gym out home cuz my brother is a body builder but he is to busy to tell me some stuff ..

Maby you guys can tell me work outs .. i only wana work out my arms and thats about it i dont wana be like a pro bodybuilder just a good looking body :funkybana

Yeah, listen to pain...

I train 2 bodyparts per workout, which works fantastic for me, but might not do the trick for you. It's all trial and error dude. Look over some workout programs and try 3-4 programs that you like. Try one out for 2-3 month and then change it. Depends how skilled you are, but you should be able to find what works for you in a 1-2 year timeperiod.

at 150 eat at leat 200 grams of protein and 350 grams of carbs.
eat 3 meals a day to go along with 3 shakes which will put you at six meals
get your protein from chicken, steak, eggs, and cheese.. have a cheat day once a week.
get your carbs from- rice, potatoes, oatmeal, fruits and veggies
another trick since ur so lean you can afford the extra calories at night... have your thirds shake of the day right before sleep with 30- 40 grams of protein and a serving of oatmeal... my freind who was about ur size gained 10 pounds in two months with this diet. and dont forget get a basic micronized creatine and take 5 grams before training and 5 after. dont load it...... and good luck
