I had a question about drop sets I was wondering if I can do these drop sets every week like for example........

Monday( Legs) squats-drop set, then continue with regular wrokout

Tuesday (chest and triceps)bench press- drop set,
then continue with regular workout

Wednesday- Off

Thursday-( Shoulders Traps) Military press-drop sets, then continue with regular workout

Friday-( back biceps) Back regular workout then For biceps do drop sets.

What do you guys think? This isn't over training right?

Try it and see how it works. Every body responds differently.

Sounds okay, but change it with pyramid up sets every now and again to shock the body.

drop sets are good for shocking the body. sounds like your body is used to pretty much drop sets already, so i think you should switch it up to pyramid sets for a while to shock the body and then get back to your drop sets, also ,drop sets are very fatiguing and if you dont have the correct diet you could easily overtrain
