I heard a personal trainer at my gym trains MTR style, military training restitance or something. I cant find nothing about it on the web, so can someone tell me what it is?

I think I've seen it before in a Mag. It's something similar to army training and drills. Utilizing things like Burpies (a.k.a.: Up-Downs), Liftoffs, standing twists, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. Things that use the body-weight only for resisance, much like pull-ups or push-ups. This is what it is, if I'm not mistaken. (Hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong)
