The people who have been telling you it's pointless are right bro, once maybe twice a week, and this is only my belief, but super high rep anything is pointless.

would you train chest every day? Abs are a muscle also, making them bigger is a good thing. I train mine heavy twice a week.

What about if your trying to bulk up your abs, get them nice and thick.
What exercises, reps, and how many days would you suggest?

I train them everyday and I have way better abs then anyone who does em twice a week. YOu guys don't know anything. If you want the pack you gotta do abs everday and do cardio everyday and have a good diet.

We dont know anything? Abs are predominantly diet and cardio, they have to do with having a low body fat. Why would anybody train their muscles every day? Training abs everyday has basically nothing with having a 6 pack.

i'm not saying for a 6 pack. 6 packs are everywhere. I'm talking 8 or 10 pack. If you want that it can't all be diet. YOu have to do atleast 5 days a week of ab exercises. Me I do 6-7 days of 20-30 minutes of abs.

I personally do abs about everyday. I have within the last months turned my physique around. From my results it defenitely doesn't hurt to do them often.

lol, whoever said 20-30 minutes of abs a day has way way way to much time on their hands. me, 3-4 times a week, about 5 sets for upper abs, 6 sets for lower.
