the flu? you dont have the flu u probably have a cold and no dont train when u r sick...take xtra vitamins and ull be bertter in a couple days..

Yes do that, it releases endorphines :).

Trust them, trying to workout when sick seems like the uber manly thing to do, but it will just work out against you. And its not really the best thing to infect other people (unless thats your goal, which I support)

The flu man? I don't know about you people but when I get the flu I feel like a zombie...just like 99% of mankind when they get it. And if you do have it how in any case would straining the nervous system, and cardio vascular systems be beneficial? Case in point...Stay home and rest...

you have never seen anything like it when i get the flu...i putmyself on every drug and known remedy to man to try and get rid of it... the lengths i go to are beyond ordinary for sure
