You are doing a lot of drop sets. I think it is a bit over kill.
Sometimes I will do a drop set with bench press. I aim to get 3 sets of 5. If I can't get 5 on the last set I drop the weight and do a few more reps.

What you did might be good for one workout every now and again but not every workout.

But everybody is different. If it is making you stronger do it but I think for most people it is over kill.

i think you''ll find out on your own that this is quite a bit of overtraining and you will see it yourself when you are just not getting any stronger with this method. The heavier weight you use the bigger your muscles will get and eventhough you handle a lot of weight, you can handle even more weight if you do straight sets. 1 good drop set at the end of each workout would do you good. I dont know anybody who can do this everyday and get good gains. Try to do this workout maybe once-twice a month. I recommend you do a litlle lighter session of this method with a lagging body part.
