315-5reps, 275-fail, 225-fail, 185-fail, 135-fail
incline bench3sets- 15,12,10
push ups - 2 sets to failure
triceps dips 3 sets to failure
i forgot what thier called 3-sets of 15,12,10
kickbacks-3sets of 15,12,10
is this good or can i add a drop set for triceps....can anybody help me on this? |
