Hey people im ur average gym rat...and

i love rugby alot too but hey nuthing beats bodybuilding.

Ok ill get down to the point. I hurt my knee really bad and since i cant do nothing properly in the gym i stopped completely....iknow stupid decision but hey i couldnt do shit cant squat can deadlift u get my drift aye.

But since i love training so much i do cardion every day and pressups 5 sets to failure with different hand positioning and pull ups with different grips then abs....and i do atleast 30 mins on the punching bag.

Do u think this is good? should i add anything ?

Before i go was pretty strong for a 17 yr old bench was 220 squat was 400 and deadlift was 485.
Thanx heaps guys

First decide to gain mass or lose bf. Don't want to jump to conclusions but it sounds like you may be using your injury as an excuse/reason not do legs or have to worry about them.

you cant get big and cut at the same time. either bulk or cut. : why are u doing all these pushups and pullups if you have a gym and the problem is in your knee not your upper body. and you said you hurt your knee not fractured or broke it..If you just "hurt" it you should be back to squatting and doing weights in no time. i dont understand why you are doing all these if you have a gym and you could be doing real compound workouts with weights

sorry man for the criticism... if you're saying that your legs look bigger and more defined then go crazy with your upper body as long as it doesn't get out of proportion, you should add some upper back work to your routine though

Wasn't trying to criticize you man was just trying to get to the true motives. As long as you stay proportioned and work toward your goal(s) that is all that matters.

gotcha. I read press ups and thought of something other then a pushup... fatboy pullups would really help your type of workout
