if i train twice today...chest at 9 30 am...cardio....should i train again at 7 triceps or shoulders and abs....can i count it as two days or should i go to the gym tomorow

i wouldn't train twice a day bro. if you train once...your body begins the recovery process after you workout..if you train again after that you will cut in between your recovery process and make recovery twice a hard..forget 2 a days bro

I agree, I would not train 2x/day your intensity and recovery will be negatively impacted. I know you wrestlers have crazy work ethics but there is such a thing as too much.

i don't see anything wrong w/ training twice a day as long as you are not training the same muscle or anything...i did it for 2 months....just make sure your eating good and getting enough rest......people tend to over use the work "overtraining" its all about your body and how you react to it.

I don't see there is much wrong with working out twice a day, but If you wanna give your max in the gym and come back stronger you should train only once. remember that rest is a major factor

thank you all.....im going to start my bulk in september...i hope to get up to 165-175 lbs from 145...or if im gaining too much fat ill throw in some maintnance periods...does that sound right?
