Can sum one give me some of their super sets that you do for chest ,biceps,and other exercises?

and can you do theses supersets for like every exersive like for example
monday-chest triceps
bench press 8-12 superset
incline press 8-12 superset
dumbell flys 8-12 superset

supersets are good to mix in with a workout, to shock your muscles and change it up a bit. however, doing supersets EVERY single workout is going to hinder your growth bro.

the key to supersets i think is starting with a compound movement then going to an isolation exercise. for example shoulders, you can do seated bb press and maybe mix in a set of seated lateral raises or seated front raises. there are numerous combinations.

just make sure you use these sparingly to shock your muscles or maybe once a day. do not use them for every single exercise every day.

my three favorite supersets are:

1. For Chest/Tri day:
Dumbell Incline/Dumbell Incline Fly's

2. For Bi day:
ez or straight bar curl/dumbell curl(sometimes throw in hammers at the end of it)

3. For Leg day:
Leg press/straight leg calf extensions (on legpress machine)

skullcrushers-dips (triceps)
dumbbell curls-hammer curls (biceps)
leg press-lunges (quads/hamstrings)
dips-dumbbell presses on the floor (chest)

thats about all the supersetting i do

For Triceps.
8 reg v pull downs
8 v pull downs going from top to half way down
8 v pull downs from halfway all the way down
as soon as your done with the first go right into the second without stopping and so on.
Super set that with dips.
Do three sets.
