supersets are good to mix in with a workout, to shock your muscles and change it up a bit. however, doing supersets EVERY single workout is going to hinder your growth bro.
the key to supersets i think is starting with a compound movement then going to an isolation exercise. for example shoulders, you can do seated bb press and maybe mix in a set of seated lateral raises or seated front raises. there are numerous combinations.
just make sure you use these sparingly to shock your muscles or maybe once a day. do not use them for every single exercise every day. |
