incline bench and tricep and shoulder work will help your bench, also fat boy pullups really help your bench

basically it's a reverse bench press, you lie under the bar on the floor with your hands where they would be if you were regular benching... your arms need to be fully extended, then you pull yourself up towards the bar keeping your body perfectly straight and bringing your chest to the bar where you would normally bring the bar down to bench

Chisel Your Back - Men's Health
they call it a swiss ball reverse pushup, but just put your feet on the floor to properly perform a fatboy pullup... I've heard it said that you should do at least two sets of these per one set of bench, but doing at least one set per every set of bench could really help your maxes and push through plateaus

yea a smith machine would be a good place to do it because you don't want the bar you're using to move around

The best way for me to do these is for someone to hold your feet and you just use your WHOLE weight.
