increase sets?

if i start using no explode, should i increase the amounts of sets i do for each exercise?(not my first time using it)

what is your current routine.. 3 to 4 sets and reps between 4 to 6..

3 sets for big muscle, little more then 2 for smaller for reps of 6

id probably do one or two more sets. the idea with muscle hypertrophy is stimulation, not anihilation or endurance

if you plan on getting bulk for now and are focused on heavy weght and low reps, add more sets than what you would do with higher reps. About 4-5 sets
