i'm 15 and i'm new to bodybuilding. when i get to the gym i really don't know what to do while i am there. Can anyone help me with a training routine? thanks for your help.

TRAIN.
you can begin with going to the gym 3 times a week.
first do an warm-up from about 10 min.
day 1: legs/hams/calves
day 2: rest
day 3:chest/tris
day 4: rest
day 5: back/bis

find 3 exercizes for each muscle. do 3 sets from 15 reps. 15 reps because you're a beginner. don't start to heavy, try to do the excecises proper..
after 6 weeks take some rest and start again only with less reps more weight.

Wow this is a very helpfull thread to me also.
Cuz i am 15 and new to bodybuilding ..
And i didnt know what work outs to do.

But hey can you give me a work out list with just the upper body.
I dont relly care about my legs :-)

I would but i kinda have knee problems ..
So when i go squats its all good but at night but knees hurt alot !
I dunno why ......

But i gusse thats why people say: No Pain , No Gain.

I think this is a damn shame that u guys are just giving him a workout plan. That dude should be studying about this in his spare time. That would be no problem if he was really interested.
Can u smell it guys? sniff sniff... this smells like a young punk training 7 weeks and then quits 'cause he doesn't get bigger. And why is that? BECAUSE HE KNOWS 0!

why the fuck is it the trainers ALWAYS send ya strait to the leg press machine and put a wooping 2x45 pound plates on the rack??
i would put 4x45 pounds on it, AFTER i showed him how to do conventional squats

Don't know.

I felt like shit this morning so I just put 2 100's on and pumped away for awhile. 12 sets. Better than nothing.

And,

a 15 year old beginner is usually better suited by a 3 x week whole body. Just to toughen ya up and get used to it.
