To tell you the truth prior to me getting married in July my diet was on point. Since then I have definitely slacked off. But I try to stick with grilled chicken, tuna, low salt turkey, cottage cheese, whey shakes,
super pump when I'm training etc. I really struggle with the late night snacking but it's almost impossible for me to sleep on an empty stomach
my training routine right now is Back/Bi's; Chest/tris; Legs/calves; arms/forearms; day off; shoulders/abs
I try to end with cardio as well. But what sucks is I work 3 12 hour shifts a week and on some days my gym is closed by the time I get off.
