how effective is HIT training or pyramenting. Can you do this for lets say throughout all your split routines. Does this works better than your regular training?
Both are very good training routines,, but it very much depends on your skill level.. These training routines are not for beginners, they are Intense to say the least!! . How long have you been training? Whats your age? and your current routine?
