Hey everyone Another thread from me Im currently loosing weight and adding muscle by now doing alot more cardio.I run further,easier an longer an im lifting free weights now.Using Whey and Thinking about adding cretine Monoydrate.So my question id am i going about things right? or will this way effect me later in a negative way later down the road?

Well,,, its one or the other bro, either bulk up or cut down, doing both defeats the purpose or bulking.. So, the choice is yours, bulk up---- then cut down or just eat smaller meals, 6 to 8 time a day and do your cardo most everyday for 30 to 45 mins daily,, Drink water all day longgggg.. This will greatly help you drop the excess weight.

For some weird reason I find that doing alot of cardio an lifting is helping me archive both
