I find to get the best out of deadlifting I need to do them early in my back routine, however, when I do this I feel weak on all the exercises for the rest of that session.
Jay Cutler does Deadlifting every other week, does anyone else do that and is it beneficial?
I mean, is it worth really going for it one week on the deadlifting and then the other week work more on the lats and traps etc? |
