I am training 5 days a week and my training partner and I have a bet going on it see who can gain the most mass so I was wondering is you good people could help me out and give me a good training split and routine :hmmm:

I am gong with over the counter supps any help would be really helpful

training shouldnt be a competition..everybodys bodys react differently..but if your serious about this bet thing

just diet strong, high protein high carbs..dont forget cardio..drink water too

Do squats, deadlifts, romanian d-lifts, stick to 8 to 15 reps, workout as u usually do just throw more reps in.

EAT, EAT, EAT, AND EAT SOME MORE

high carb, high protein, high calories then to look more cut on the judgement day, try to do it 1st thing in the morning without eating or dont drink too much water on that day...tanning oil might help the appearence lol
