I was wondering if any DC adherents could share some extra info on this style. I've been doing DC for 2 months and have made amazing gains, but it seems the info (that i got from that ONE post all over the net, and the FLEX article) i've based my training on is outdated.
if you want DC from the horses mouth then go to intensemuscle.com youll see doggcrapp there. I warn you though dont go in there posting at random. They will chew you UP!! First read the stickies and search for items before you attempt to post.
I and doing DC training, I prefer to just call it rest paused because I dont follow their stuff to the period. If you tell them you dont follow it to the T they will eat you for lunch.

Okay first off, Congrats on choosing the BEST (IMO) program in BB. Secondly, post your current workout plan and I can help you make a new one. Third, post a nutrition plan and, if I can, I'll try to help you there too. You'd better off asking LBJ or thefreak350 for nutrition though. Also, contact mindstar. If I'm not mistaken, he does DC too.
