i have a contest coming up in 20 weeks..i just got off my bulking cycle...start cuting in another 4weeks.
im at 128kg now...and it is important tht i mantain my weight as much as possible or ill end up looking skinny as im tall. also, my quads are lagging with respect to my upper body.
i wanted to knw if srints are a good idea at this stage?how many shd i do?do them on quads day?hw many time a week?
any pointers to mantain muscle mass are also appreciated.(am using glutamine)

sprints will lean you down, your looking to bulk up your thighs? sprints personally i dont think would be a good idea. my legs are bulked up before preseason from all my lifting, but once i get on the field for soccer and do endless amounts of sprints, i lose size, but i get cut. so up to you

so sprints arnt tht good an idea....
another thing, im going to use masteron+parabolan+winny for my cutting stack??im using these drugs for the first time, will these also increase muscle mass??
