Hi guys, i have a question
is it better to:
Run 5-15 mins on trademils and 5-10 mins stratches after run trademills, and start lifting.
or
5-10 mins stratches and start lifting.

you could do that just make sure your not to tierd when you start lifting.......if you mean stretching yes it would be good to stretch before lifitin to prevent injury
