ok i took up getting my body back into shape and looking good just before the summer, the summer is now coming to a close and i am satisfied w/ results SO FAR, but now i have a new plan.

over the summer i have switched on and off KETO diet and it works great for fat loss, ive also been doing morning cardio as well as lifting. And even with all the many family vacations ive been on ive stayed pretty solid.

BUT, now cutting is gettin near impossible, i think its because i have such a low amout of muscle, for example i bench around 140, weigh 153 and im 5 ft 10, i think im AROUND 18% BF, but my plan is to do a clean bulk and cut this KETO stuff out, time to actually get big, then when i have muscle i can cut down to something. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A PLAN???

i have never done anything that has to do with bulking, i will continue to search around, but any tips will be rewarded and appreciated with REPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you trying to bulk up eat a lot of protein like meat, tuna, and the complex carbs, ect
if you eat big you get big..but i think you should lower the body fat a lil more

im very confused...
summer is comming and your satisfied with the results you have so far+you do cardio in the mornings+you are on some program/diet called KETO which is suppose to be good for fat loss+your at 18% bodyfat+you want to clean bulk, but arnt sure how to "dirty bulk" by wat im reading

only an advanced bodybuilder can sucessfully clean bulk for starts.. the only example i can come up with is shawn ray, but you dont have to be a potential mr. olympia to be considered a successful bodybuilder.

try doing sprints so it could help you lower your body fat and increase your metabolism

yah sorry bout confusion here

summer is pretty much over and i have gotten around 25lbs of fat off and i think im ready for a clean bulk, to gain strength , b/c in my opinion i dont have enough muscle and if i continue to cut ima be a stick figure, so i wanna clean bulk.
