Deadlifts are good for middle and lower traps but if they are working you upper traps your doing them wrong. Shrugs are about all you can do and traps are like any other muscle, there is no secret exercise for making them bigger.

Upright rows also works the traps to a degree. Implement this exercise in the end of your shoulder workout, right before working traps.

Upright rows are a medial delt exercise, shoulder pressing involves the traps to a degree as well but I would not recommend either (assuming proper form is used for both) as trapezius exercises. Peace.

Deadlift shrugs, when deadlifting do a shrug at the top, these blast them.

I think powerclean is when you lift the barbell off the floor and press it over head?

Not overhead, power cleans are an olympic lift, where the bar is started on the floor like a deadlift, then explosively lifted up and rested on the shoulders like a front squat. Its a tough movement, takes weeks/months to get down.
