lol, i'm not doing deadlifts wrong...as someone said earlier, if you REALLY want to kill yourself, do deads with a full shrug at the end...in any case, i'd been shrugging my brains out for months, but i didn't see any actual growth in my traps until i added deads and took out shrugs, so you can take that for what it's worth...
