i work my traps after a back workout too. theyre already pretty warmed up by the end of my back workout so i blast my traps and it seems to be work quite well

I like to hit traps when I do my delts. It's always been effective for me. My back workout is so heavy that i'm worn out at the end of it but I really dont do much shoulder stuff. THat's my reason atleast.

me too .. it's got pumped with shoulder workout .. specially when you're doing lateral rise

Mine used to get pumped up when I did various lat raises as well. Then I started raising the DBs just till shoulder height not any higher, and that takes the traps out of it quite a bit.

Another thing as well...what ever day you decide to work your traps on make sure you dont do like shoulders/traps and do yer back the very next day..at least take a day off in between them

What i'm doing right now is working very well. I do my legs, shoulders, and traps. Doing my shoulders warms up my traps really good. They growing pretty fast so far. I'm happy.

me too .. i think the end of hitting the lateral head is when you reach the hight of ur shoulders .. then it will effect more on the traps

lol, i'm not doing deadlifts wrong...as someone said earlier, if you REALLY want to kill yourself, do deads with a full shrug at the end...in any case, i'd been shrugging my brains out for months, but i didn't see any actual growth in my traps until i added deads and took out shrugs, so you can take that for what it's worth...
