Heys guys it's Raab!
I'm trying to increase my shoulders further because they are my weakest point in terms of size. I say "further"; but just an increase would be nice - lol. I'm currently trying to bulk.
Well, i'm thinking along the lines of mixing my routine to perhaps incorporate super-sets. And, i was wondering if this is a good way to gain mass; or should i stick to mainly core movements and perhaps change my repetitions, as that may be one of the reasons. |
