Heys guys it's Raab!

I'm trying to increase my shoulders further because they are my weakest point in terms of size. I say "further"; but just an increase would be nice - lol. I'm currently trying to bulk.

Well, i'm thinking along the lines of mixing my routine to perhaps incorporate super-sets. And, i was wondering if this is a good way to gain mass; or should i stick to mainly core movements and perhaps change my repetitions, as that may be one of the reasons.

if you have been doing the same program for a long time you really need to change it up. try supersets, rest pause sets, change the reps, change exercises. see what works best for you

sounds like you just need to shock them, switch up your routine...anything different from what you were doing for a couple weeks.

Try new exercises like High Snatch Grip Pull or Clean and Presses. They're great for shoulders and legs as well.
