i play rugby nad was just wondering what the best work out for me would be as a game posific work out

front squats and back squats to get some real power behind your running and hits, lunges, curls to hold on to the ball, seated rows for being able to wrap up and pull the person down, towel pullups for grip, shoulder work so you can support your tackles... honestly there is a different workout or set of lifts for everything involved in the game

what position you play? im scrum half, like quinn said, different training programs for different spots on the field. depends where you play...

Similar to what Quinn said, I would also incorporate some HIIT training. It's good for strength and speed.

i play prop (1) but ime not yore average fat boy ime a much more mobile and faster prop. 100m 11.4s
