For me its-

Dumbell Pullovers for chest sitting accross the bench

Neck presses for the upper chest basically like a flat BP but brought down to below the adam's apple usually I use the smith machine.

Front squats for quads

Close grip bench press for triceps

Cardio- jump rope which seems to work my calves really well to

I do Snatch High Grip Pulls for shoulders, calf machine shrugs, farmers' walk for forearms, tire flipping for just about everything, static pull-ups for lats, towel curls for bi's and forearms, and reverse grip bench press/incline press. I do a lot of unorthodox things, like strongman event lifts sometime.

It's one of my favourite exercises.
Implementation: Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells. Pick a spot in the gym and walk there and back to the rack. Set the weight down right before failure. Though this may seem simple, its extremely effective! The key is to choose a weight that only allows you to walk for about 30 to 70 seconds, or rather causes your grip to fail in that time frame.

Nice one beef, snatch grip high pulls kick ass! One arm barbell snatches are good, too.

I do a lot of strongman stuff as well; farmers walks, weight for height, atlas stones, sandbag carries. I also do a fair bit of grip stuff when I find the time; grippers, block weights, plate pinching, table plate curls, wrist roller, rim lifts, hub lifts, nail bending, v-bar.

In terms of good, but little utilized gym lifts, face pulls, glute ham raises, db push presses w/ a neutral grip, JM presses, bearhug deadlifts, 2 arm dumbbell extensions, zerchers and neck lifts are a few that I use regularly.

Bicep curls using cable machine w/ rope.

Start w/ thumbs toward the ceiling, pinkies toward ground, curl up and twist forearms out so thumbs point away from each other.

great for isolation. really kills @ end of bi day.

I do a lot, if not all of that stuff at sometime or another. Atlas stones are the best because my uncle works at a patene building center and he gives the stones, which would cost upwards of $500 for free. I have a park behind my house, so I put all my stuff in the woods near it and put a car cover over them so no one tries and takes them. Not like they could unless they were un-humanly strong lol I have like a monster truck tire, 3 atlas stones, a plank station, like 10 sandbags (each with different weights), Kettle bells (I think the heaviest one is just under 300lbs). No one even notices all that stuff under some leaves and a rain car poncho. lol
